F.A.Q.

  • Can I choose my preferred time for my course?
  • Yes you can, there is a date and time picker at the checkout page. If it is available then it can be done, if not then another time will be discussed or a full refund given.

 

  • Where do we meet?
  • Inside the information booth at Federation square.

 

  • Do I need a professional camera?
  • No, Any camera will do fine as long as it has manual functions.

 

  • Do I need a tripod?
  • No you don’t but a tripod is highly recommended. One can be provided on the day if you do not own one.

 

  • Do I need a flash?
  • No you don’t. Most of the darker scenes we will shoot can be shot with a longer exposure via a tripod or resting your camera on a wall etc.

 

  • Do I need to know how to operate a pro camera?
  • No you don’t, the basics of photography will be explained to you on your course. It is recommended to bring your camera manual.

 

  • What if it rains on the day?
  • We still push on, rain is actually great for photography, you just need to know what you are doing.

 

  • What is the cancelation policy?
  • Please note; cancelation notice must be given at least 48 hours from your course time via phone or email or your course will not be refunded.

 

  • What clothes do I need to wear?
  • Dress for the season but have comfortable walking shoes and if it’s in the cooler months then a good jacket, gloves and a beanie are highly recommended.
